The role

We are looking for a Junior Total Rewards Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. This role is based in Porto and will Support the TR team and wider People Team on all compensation related topics.

What you’ll do

  • Support the TR Team on Compensation review cycles
  • Support with job levelling and benchmarking for new and existing roles
  • Support with the creation and annual maintenance of job family salary bands
  • Support on Gender Pay Gap and other Diversity and Inclusion reporting
  • Submit data to market data benchmarking providers
  • Provide analytical and reporting support for ad-hoc Compensation and People Team projects and requests
  • Support on Global Mobility projects

Who you are

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable manipulating large amounts of data and preparing reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and good PowerPoint knowledge
  • Ability to work flexibly and able to navigate a fast paced working environment
  • Fluency in English mandatory
