The role

Reporting to the Assistant Studio Manager, you will shoot high-volume fashion production in daily and make sure all the images are update Farfetch standard to provide the best image to our customer.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll establish Individual Development Plans with the co-workers
  • You’ll evaluate co-workers performance
  • You’ll identify potentials inside the Team
  • You’ll empower and motivate the Team
  • You’ll communicate with the Team the business goals defined by management according to the Roadmap
  • You’ll partner with Quality team and Trainer in other to improve Photography and Team skills
  • You’ll participate and challenge the Team for a Continuous Improvement culture
  • You’ll create a Quality Culture mindset
  • You’ll plan the operations during the shift to achieve defined goals
  • You’ll guarantee the good conditions of infrastructures and equipment
  • You’ll guarantee the communication inside the Team and with all the other departments

Who you are

  • 5+ years of studio shooting experience and 3+ years of studio administrative work
  • Decision-making and prioritization
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with all teams
  • Listen to others and demonstrate understanding of different points of view
  • Maintain a positive, supportive and appreciative attitude
  • Create an open environment that encourages people to work together to solve problems and improve processes
  • Demonstrate an interest in personal learning and development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
