The role

Reporting to the Assistant Studio Manager, you will define learning plans and coach the team on model shooting to build the online catalogue for our brands. Should guarantee training for all elements of the Model Photography according to standards.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll together with the Creative Team, manage coaching plans
  • You’ll train photographer in Model posing to align with the goals.
  • You’ll guarantee photography training documentation is up today.
  • You’ll establish learning programs and implement them.
  • You’ll perform quality assurance on learning activities.
  • You’ll implement new strategies for constant improvement of Live Model teams.
  • You’ll ensure actions to balance flow and imagery output.
  • You’ll identify and suggest improvements while supporting the teams’ access to new knowledge.
  • You’ll conduct ongoing training for other photographers.
  • You’ll guarantee the work methodologies of the team to ensure alignment across the studio station.
  • You’ll provide direct support in specific case/ problems that require more expertise.

Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in E-commerce/Editorial Model Photography
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Outstanding attention to detail; able to adapt to each project service level and specificities while achieving quality standard;
  • Ability to respond well to changing priorities, workflows and information;
  • Love fashion and model shooting
