Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Recruiter to join our People and Talent team that has experience sourcing and closing top talent in a fast-paced tech environment. This position will focus on high-growth areas for the company including marketing, communications, partnerships, strategy and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates from senior IC to lead roles for the company with a focus on disciplines including marketing, communications, sales, partnerships, strategy
  • Work full-cycle taking your candidates through initial outreach through the entirety of the candidate experience including closing
  • Perform outreach though tools such as Linkedin Recruiter in addition to engaging candidates in social media and other platforms where relevant talent is found
  • Participate in industry webinars and virtual events as both a brand talent ambassador and a front-line recruiter
  • Generate your own pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety sourcing methods
  • Consistently hit sourcing metric goals and support your teammates in a collaborative manner
  • Work on best practices in tools and candidate experience to enhance the entire function
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and specs for new roles in Marketing in addition to other growth areas for the company

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a recruiter in either a fast-paced startup or an at-scale tech company
  • Experience as a recruiter in Sales/Marketing, G&A and/or Product
