We are looking for an experienced Business Sourcer to join our People and Talent team.   • Build and nurture relationships with top talent for both unique and evergreen roles at Fast
  • Create innovation sourcing strategies focused on uncovering talent with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion
  • Manage top-of-funnel pipeline from candidate outreach to initial phone screening
  • Partner with all levels of the company to deepen your understanding of specific hiring goals and requirements to target talent that matches an evolving and dynamic business
  • Consistently meet metrics and goals with a focus on the candidate experience, not a quota


  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Sourcer with focus on placement of Sales, Marketing, and G&A or Product and Design related roles
  • Deep understanding of leading sourcing tools, niche platforms, and online communities


  • Experience in sourcing at both start-ups and large public companies
  • Experience in sourcing for payments or e-commerce companies
  • Experience in sourcing for technical roles in Engineering
