Role

  • Manage and lead a small group of very high performing HR professionals
  • Serve as both a strategic vision setter and someone that sets example by being hands-on in the role (we are startup and everyone performs functional work)
  • Build and design an HR org that meets the growing needs of the company as the business scales
  • Oversee and at times take direct point on areas of employee relations for the company
  • Lead L&D for Fast and build out repeatable programs and excellence to promote learning across the company
  • Help the company with organizational design and internal mobility to help employees do the best work of their careers
  • Create, manage and lean into HRIS areas to insure all processes deliver excellent value to the company
  • Lead D&I efforts for the company and place at the center of programatic work at Fast
  • Help the company think about career development and design and deploy performance programs that are innovative and practical
  • Work on a frequent basis with matters related to our growing international employee base around the world

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as an HR Director responsible for organizations at scale, preferably in tech or high-growth startups
  • Experience leading and managing medium sized and above teams of HR professionals
  • Demonstrated experience with employee relations and familiarity with all aspects of the legal components involved
  • Prior experience leading annual performance review programs and related efforts
  • Full range of experience with compensation planning
  • Considerable HRIS experience or knowledge
