Fast is looking for our first Talent Operations Program Manager to focus on the enablement of the Talent Acquisition Team through the systems that we use and programs we employ. In this role, you will keep multiple talent programs moving in parallel, creating robust project plans, and keep our teams informed through regular updates. You will work directly with senior leaders and partners, and external providers to assess and scale systems that promote and enhance our current recruiting processes. You will report to the Head of Talent and grow the talent operations team at scale.

Role

  • Provide Program Management expertise for Recruiting Programs including: project plan creation, workflows, project timelines, project documentation, project updates and governing processes
  • Use data and analytics to influence decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting programs
  • Improve the use of tools to increase candidate engagement and flow
  • Work with vendors to help improve use of all recruiting / sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Lever, Gem, Ashby, and others)
  • Partner with teams to develop integrated recruiting technology solutions
  • Manage the implementation of new recruiting / sourcing technologies

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in recruiting or recruiting program management roles at high-growth consumer or enterprise technology companies
  • Project management skills, the ability to manage complex processes, and a desire to lead multiple teams and multiple projects
  • A background in successful Program Management and collaboration across teams
  • Experience with common ATS & HRIS systems
