Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take Fast’s consumer account experiences to the next level. Reporting directly into the Head of Consumer Product, you’ll be responsible for leading product development for Fast’s ecosystem of consumer web and mobile apps, aimed at helping people along every step of the shopping journey. From finding the right product to order history and tracking, the Fast Apps team creates experiences surrounding the moment of purchase, showing our customers a frictionless world of online shopping with Fast and helping them discover the magic of 1-click checkout across the internet.

Role

  • Craft an innovative product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fast consumer apps
  • Be the customer advocate, spending time to deeply understand real pain points and figuring out how to solve them
  • Define key success metrics to measure product performance
  • Work closely with engineering and design to execute on your roadmap
  • Drive product prioritization and cross-functional alignment in a rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Find creative ways to keep moving forward when faced with ambiguity and obstacles
  • Build rapidly and iterate continuously based on insights and learnings

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management with proven experience delivering successful and scalable software products
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering consumer facing products with significant quantifiable impact
  • Outstanding data analysis skills including querying, interpreting, communicating, and creating actionable insights from data
  • Strong understanding of how data flows through systems and how it needs to be architected to get the best insights out of your product data
  • High attention to detail and the ability to communicate your vision
  • Experience working with experimentation and A/B testing

  • Experience in e-commerce consumer product roles
  • Computer science degree or equivalent experience
