Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Engineering Manager that has led tech teams at scale that wants to be a part of our growing organization

Role

  • Grow and develop the engineers on your team through mentorship and guidance to advance in their careers at Fast
  • Participate as a key stakeholder in feature and spec costing and planning across the org
  • Serve as both tech domain expert and shared vision holder for the direction and strategy of your team goals
  • Evaluate and examine team code for quality and purpose while not directly contributing lines of code
  • Work cross functionally with leaders in product management and product design to deliver value to customers
  • Participate in the culture of engineering at Fast through programs and events that seek to promote learning and discovery
  • Directly manage a team of high performing engineers and help them reach the greatest fulfillment of their careers

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an engineering manager or tech leader that has led teams at scale
  • Prior experience as a manager of managers
  • Previous experience as a software engineer prior to entering management
  • CS degree or equivalent
