About the Team
The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating products, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee the annual performance tracking of the alias Logistics P&L, managing reporting in partnership with Finance and Business Development teams to support strategic decision-making
- Manage the end-to-end operations of the alias Logistics Program, using judgment to prioritize workflows and resolve operational issues as they arise
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned 3PL clients, managing daily needs and identifying fulfillment solutions that align with client expectations and service standards
- Review client performance data and operational trends to provide recommendations that improve program outcomes and client satisfaction
- Work with Warehouse Operations to monitor client forecasts and volume projections, flagging risks and supporting business planning activities
- Play a key role in the onboarding and training of new team members, contributing to process development and ensuring alignment with operational standards
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, and Warehouse Operations to identify opportunities and help execute improvements
We are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in order/inventory management, ecommerce, or fulfillment operations
- Experience in client management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while communicating with relevant stakeholders
- Experience in ecommerce integrations (Shopify & Magento a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Presentation tools

Hiring Range:
Tier 1 (Includes states such as California, New York (including New York City), Washington, Illinois and other higher-cost markets)
$56,200 - $70,200 USD
Tier 2 - (Includes mid-cost markets across the U.S.)
$50,600 - $63,200 USD
Tier 3 - (All other U.S. locations)
$47,900 - $59,800 USD
