Grailed is a fully-remote team that works between the hours of 10am - 6pm ET. We also have our headquarters in NYC (SoHo) for those that wish to work from an office environment. We’re looking for a diligent, organized, and creative Technical Sourcer to help Grailed achieve our ambitious growth goals! There are many jobs to be had in the talent world right now, but you should join our talent team because you will:

  • We use Greenhouse, Gem, GSuite, with addons like Talent Wall and Linkedin Recruiter

This person will be responsible for working directly with multiple recruiters to build and scale a deep, diverse top of funnel. They will source technical candidates using a variety of tools (including Linkedin Recruiter & Gem).

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source technical candidates that are qualified for the roles that Grailed needs to hire for, sourcing 500 qualified technical candidates/week.
  • Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to craft compelling outreach, to discover pockets of untapped talent, and to keep our records up to date
  • Developing an understanding of the goals, processes and needs of the team they’re supporting
  • Proactively sourcing candidates to have a consistently fleshed out pipeline
  • Maintaining clear notes in Greenhouse

Ideal Experience:

  • 1+ years of work experience in sourcing for technical candidates
  • Experience in recruiting for technical positions at a consumer facing web/mobile startup with high standards for talent
  • Ability to craft complex linkedin boolean strings
  • Strong experience writing notes and staying organized
