Product Director - F1 Clash
As Product Director on F1 Clash you will work closely with the Creative Director to lead a hugely successful title to new heights. You will own the commercial operation of the title and work with a passionate team of developers to continue delivering a breakout experience for F1 fans around the world.
You are a keen gamer with a passion for the mobile F2P market but also the ability to pull from your experience of games across all platforms.
You will report to the company Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial growth of F1 Clash
- Lay out a dynamic and live business strategy for the product by understanding what makes the game tick, how players behave and respond, how reference games drive growth and how we can learn from them.
- You will be the fan-bearer for the use of data in all aspects of the game’s development.
- You will work closely with the Creative Director on the team to ensure that business strategy and creative strategy are in sync.
- You will use your strong analytical skills to monitor game performance, understand the interactions between UA performance and game performance, and help make data-informed decisions to balance the needs of the business vs the needs of the players
- You will be a key part of ensuring that ambitions for the game can be translated into effective and achievable tasks for the team
- Oversee the use of Live ops and CRM to maximise their potential
- You will be responsible for the Product Management team on the project.
- You will work with the Producer and Creative Director on the team’s approach to development, culture and management.
- You enjoy presenting and can take on the communication of the game’s performance and business strategy to the team, Hutch stakeholders, the wider business and external partners.
