Our RevOps Team creates an innovative, vertically integrated approach to connecting strategy, process, analytics, and systems across the key GTM teams by reframing the inefficient, siloed approach companies typically operate across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, and Business Systems . The team leadership has pioneered this approach in previous successful organizations and team members are excited by dense learning opportunities offered through having an outsized early stage impact on a hypergrowth GTM org coupled with exposure to applying this novel, proven approach of optimizing revenue in a data-driven way.

As a RevOps Analyst you’ll be an athlete, covering various areas critical to provide efficient, data-driven operations. You’ll support the RevOps Managers in executing their strategic initiatives across pre-sale and post-sale from campaign support, pipeline analytics and deal desk mechanics through to post-sale analytical support and services optimization. This role will have key exposure to how we go from 0 to 1 in establishing and driving hyper-scale revenue growth and will report to the leader of the RevOps team.

What you’ll do

  • Support revenue growth by helping Sales reps optimize deal structure and speed up the deal cycle via Deal Desk. Feed insights into pricing and packaging strategy, maximizing deal value and increasing efficiency.
  • Establish the analytical core competency required for massive scale, including generating key operational cadence reports, interfacing with Sales and CS leadership to drive insights and partnering with business systems to ensure proper data structure and collection.
  • Oversee territory planning, creating clear ROE and priorities for scaling the Sales team. Help sales reps identify and pursue the most important, valuable accounts to minimize time wasted and increase throughput.
  • Leverage the marketing stack (eg ABM tools, marketing automation system, etc…), including campaigns, lead flows, and attribution to identify ways to improve targeting and conversion to set up the right conversation with the right person at the right time.
  • Operationalize the Professional Services operations, including helping ensure proper billings, backlog and utilization through efficient systems and processes.

About you

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Operations roles across the buyer journey (Sales, Marketing, and CS) at high growth B2B software companies or equivalent operationally-oriented experience in investment banking or consulting
  • Proven track record of scoping and project managing self-started initiatives and driving outcomes with both senior leadership and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with B2B SaaS business and Go-To-Market, targeting an enterprise customer base on a global scale.
  • Strong full-stack analytical capabilities with the ability to marry process to the data-object model used to measure success. This typically includes business system (Salesforce, Marketo / Eloqua, Zendesk, etc) familiarity, a SQL-mindset, and strong Excel/GSheet skills.
  • Deep Ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, from end users to C-level - with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
