Our GTM Enablement & Solutions team aims to accelerate Instabase’s growth by partnering with our go-to-market teams to deliver customer value. As our Enterprise Sales Enablement Lead, you will build and deliver onboarding, training and certification programs for our global Enterprise Sales Team. As the first hire for sales enablement, you will be instrumental in creating a culture of learning and collaboration within our GTM organization. This is an amazing opportunity to join an early team to build enablement from the ground up.

What you’ll do:

Content Creation

  • Develop Sales Enablement solutions across a variety of mediums to improve how to qualify opportunities and drive a value-based selling motion to Enterprise customers
  • Contribute to Instabase’s onboarding program that leverages blended learning, practice and peer reinforcement to help new hires deliver value as quickly as possible
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Regional Sales Managers, Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, etc.) to assess gaps in field capability, uncover opportunities to improve success and productivity

Content Delivery

  • Deliver live and virtual training to Sales organization as part of the onboarding program and/or ongoing communications
  • Provide comprehensive sales process support to the field, showing proficiency in Instabase’s sales process and providing best practices for improvement within each area
  • Create repeatable, reusable materials, courseware and associated reinforcement and assessment vehicles—for face-to-face classroom, virtual classroom, and eLearning content (storyboarding for development) for global delivery
  • Program Building
  • Own the weekly GTM Enablement call including curation of content and field involvement
  • Actively identify and solve for process improvements around sharing best practices and collateral for a geographically distributed team
  • Contribute to building a culture of learning and growth within our sales organization

About you:

  • 10+ years experience in sales, enablement or related field; ideally large enterprise and strategic sales
  • Ability to manage several key global stakeholders and programs, including competing priorities
  • Strong bias for execution and delivering results
  • A proven track record of hands-on creation and delivery of impactful change and/or best practice programs
  • Understanding of different sales methodologies (e.g. Command of the Message, Challenger Sale, Sandler) and familiarity with MEDDIC
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a high growth and constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work with global time zones, as needed
  • Travel up to 25% (when allowed)
