Our Enterprise Sales Team is responsible for helping the biggest global enterprises push their pace of innovation by challenging ordinary thinking. This team is strategically expanding our client base in the Fortune 500 (>$1bn Revenue) segment. We’re continuing to build this team with individuals who operate with intentionality and can problem-solve for most critical parts of our customers operations by harnessing the power of true invention.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Recruit remarkable, intelligent, coachable and resilient regional sales managers into the Instabase tribe
  • Coach people to enable their full potential and break their known definitions of excellence
  • Entrepreneurially develop your territory, make strategic decisions on account allocation and set up your team to attain over 200%
  • Forecast with unprecedented accuracy using leading indicators to build a predictable, growing revenue stream
  • Be a thought leader for our partners in sales engineering, solution architecture, enablement, account development, product marketing and other functions
  • Effectively deploy value selling in various negotiations, take accountability for customer relationships
  • Ensure effective prospecting, up selling/cross selling, and pipeline development
  • Maintain consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization
  • Keep a pulse on the market: Know the landscapes and trends that may shift tactical budgets and strategic directions of accounts

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 6 years of Enterprise selling experience, with 2+ years of Sales Management within the technology industry
  • Extensive knowledge of how software is positioned and sold to Enterprise IT executives within the Fortune 1000
  • A metrics driven mindset with a strong analytical approach
  • Previous Sales Methodology training
  • Experience building organizations and hiring and training top talent
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota in past opportunities
  • Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/mindset with flexibility towards dynamic change
  • University degree or equivalent practical experience
