Description:

Technical Account Managers are our customer’s trusted advisors, and a critical part of the Customer Development organization at Instabase. As a Technical Account Manager at Instabase, you will build and enable internal champions, find new use cases, and help our customers solve their most pressing problems. TAMs are responsible for ensuring our customer’s success by coordinating deliverables, milestone management, and acting as an ambassador between our Instabase and our customers. You will help drive business value, offer advice, and help grow accounts. You will work with a wide range of customer contacts from engineering to C-suite executives; delivering product roadmaps and executive briefings, running QBRs, managing escalations, and conducting regular status calls. TAMs act as our eyes and ears in the field, and you will work closely with our engineering and product teams to help inform the product roadmap. The ideal candidate for this job is curious, driven, experimental, highly organized, and results-oriented.

Skills:

  • Account management experience for a technical product, or for products with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and results-driven
  • Project Management Skills - TAMs often coordinate multiple schedules internally and with our customers
  • Presentation skills - Building and presenting material to a wide range of audiences
  • Explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
