As a Business Value Consultant, you'll play a key role in translating the technical benefits of the Instabase platform into measurable business value and analysing its impact across core business initiatives. You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to consult directly with clients, helping them define and quantify the potential business value Instabase can drive.
What You'll Do:
- Drive discovery workshops to understand and build use cases where Instabase is differentiated.
- Work with the GTM teams to help define account strategies, prioritising sales initiatives to pursue based on pain points, value creation opportunities and the customer’s strategic priority.
- Position and articulate how the Instabase platform can transform the customer’s business at scale, providing a client's current (“as-is” to their ideal “to-be”’) future state.
- Partner with clients to formally extract and quantify the value that they are pursuing Instabase to realise.
- Create and deliver C-Level presentations, clearly articulating the value of the Instabase platform.
- Assist and deliver value realisation presentations at QBRs and EQBRs, reinforcing Instabase value across the platform.
- Develop a value/ROI framework across the platform and use cases for the sales teams to utilise.
- Lead, develop and enable Value Selling and Realization processes, templates and tools within Instabase.
About You:
- 5+ years experience, preferably within a consulting or advisory capacity, with strong analysis skills.
- Ability to create, quantify insights and effectively communicate recommendations to CxOs.
- Technical acumen to understand the impact of AI and the Instabase platform.
- Enterprise business and financial modelling experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ambitious, naturally inquisitive and able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead a project from idea to success with minimal guidance.
- Experience presenting to an executive-level audience.
- MBA preferred.
