How you will make a difference:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Operations Support Specialist to join our growing team in the Lisbon office. This role is essential in helping our Revenue Operations team drive efficiency, optimize processes, and enhance data accuracy across our sales and revenue functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting revenue-generating teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Support: Assist in the maintenance and optimization of sales processes, ensuring smooth handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy within CRM systems, perform regular data hygiene checks, and ensure that records are up-to-date and reliable for reporting and analytics.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support the creation of dashboards and reports to provide insights into key performance metrics, sales pipeline health, and revenue trends.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance the overall efficiency of the Revenue Operations function.
- Tool Administration: Assist in the management and configuration of sales tools and platforms, such as CRM, sales enablement tools, and other technology used by the Revenue Operations team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and support strategic initiatives.
- Training & Documentation: Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides to support team members in using sales tools and following best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools. Experience with additional tools like Outreach, Clari, Gong, Google Sheets, and Snowflake is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills in English (required); Portuguese is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel, data visualization tools, and data analysis techniques.
