🤓 Your missions:
Be one of the first sales hires launching Jump in the UK
After supporting thousands of freelancers in France, Jump is now launching its next major market: the UK.
This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning of a new country launch and help build the commercial engine from the ground up.
We are looking for a Founding Inside Sales — UK Market to help us convert inbound and outbound opportunities into our first UK customers. This is a key role at Jump: you will not only sell, but also help us understand the UK freelance and umbrella market, refine our pitch, structure our sales process, and shape how Jump grows internationally.
😎 What you will do:
You will own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing and onboarding.
You will manage and convert qualified leads into customers.
You will become an expert in the UK freelance, contractor, umbrella and payrolling market — we will train you deeply on this.
You will help us structure the UK sales playbook: messaging, objections, qualification, pipeline management, follow-up, and conversion processes.
You will work closely with the founding, marketing and operations teams to identify new growth opportunities.
You will contribute directly to the launch of a new country, with high visibility and fast learning.
You will have a concrete impact on the lives of thousands of freelancers by helping them access a better, safer and simpler way to work independently.

Our office is in central Paris, rue Portefoin, in the 3rd arrondissement.

You will be one of the first people building Jump UK. That means more ownership, more learning, and more impact. You will help define what works, what does not, and how we scale.
As the market grows, strong performers will have the opportunity to take on broader responsibilities quickly: new segments, team leadership, sales operations, partnerships, or country expansion topics.

You have up minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales, Account Executive, or Business Developer.
You are a problem solver: nothing can stop you!

Déroulement des entretiens
Our recruitment process:
Screening Interview - 30 minutes with Léonard, our Head of Sales
Business Case - A practical case with Léonard, Head of Sales, and maybe Nicolas, Chief Executive Officer.
Optional : Behavioural Interviews - Informal discussions with other Jumpers to ensure cultural fit!
