About the Role:

The KeepTruckin People and Places team is looking for a HR Business Partner who will be responsible for influencing and executing our organizational and people-related strategy as well as partnering with KeepTruckin’s teams. In our hands-on culture, you’ll have the opportunity to work side-by-side with teams across KeepTruckin to get things done. You will be a steward of KeepTruckin’s culture, leveraging insights from your work to identify trends and strategize solutions. As part of our People function, your goal is to empower an exceptional organization that drives KeepTruckin’s success. This role requires working collaboratively with a high energy HRBP team, strong communication, a heightened attention to detail, superb organization skills, and collaboration with a wide variety of high profile stakeholders and executives. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced with change management and is comfortable operating in an organization that is growing quickly and changing constantly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with General & Administrative (G&A) managers on people management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, retention strategies, succession planning)
  • Serve as an advocate to individual employees and teams
  • Support and promote our company culture in all interactions, advice, coaching, and partnership by instilling our values and promoting a culture of feedback and communication
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
  • Conduct effective and objective investigations.
  • Apply compliance knowledge in different situations to protect the company.
  • Partner closely with the functional business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence to manage HR initiatives including: employee engagement, retention, compensation reviews, title analyses, employee relations matters, organizational structuring, career development & diversity programs
  • Serve as a liaison to ensure the alignment with the Finance Team, Sales Compensation, Enablement, etc.
  • Take ownership of small to medium size HR projects or serve as an HRBPs voice on other People projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive HRBP experience in a high speed, high growth company
  • Confident knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and experience in compensation, employee relations, employee engagement and retention strategies, and coaching
  • Can work autonomously, but knows when to seek advice from the manager and wants to partner with others
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment.
  • Practical business approach when implementing new processes and procedures - adhering to legal standards but minimizing the bureaucracy
  • Proactive attitude, resourcefulness and desire to continuously learn and grow while helping others do the same
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to effectively support the teams and build trust
  • Global HR Experience is a plus
