About the Role:

As an SMB Expansion Account Executive you have an exciting opportunity to shape the way we build relationships, and upsell our products, while ensuring the customers expectations are being met. We are looking for strong communicators who have a natural sales instinct to be the face and voice for our KeepTruckin customers. You will have the opportunity to educate fleet managers and owner/operators about Electronic Logging Devices, Fleet Management, Vehicle GPS Tracking, Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports, IFTA Reporting, Electronic Logs, and Safety initiatives offered by KT!

As an SMB Expansion Account Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to work with one of KeepTruckin’s largest lines of revenue. SMB customers, trucking companies with 10-19 trucks, make up a large portion of KeepTruckin’s customer base and are our largest revenue stream. We are looking for sales professionals who are competitive, self driven, strong communicators and consistently practice refining their skillset. You should be humble with fellow AEs, coachable with managers and relentless towards hitting your goals and targets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Customer catering, prospecting and making outbound calls. You’re looking to build relationships and trust with your customers to provide a personal touch of experience. When your customers picture KeepTruckin you should come to mind as the Flag Bearer.
  • Demo KeepTruckin software to prospective fleet managers and drivers.
  • Understand pain points within their business so that you can align those business needs with the KeepTruckin solution.
  • Have adept knowledge of the back end KT processes involving the multiple departments customers interact with on a daily basis
  • Pinpoint a customer’s concern live on call to streamline the process and to present yourself to your customer as someone who has mastery over product and process knowledge instead of forwarding the responsibility.
  • Educate fleet owners, managers, and drivers about KeepTruckin, understand their requirements, and help them dive deep with their KeepTruckin product.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and provide accurate forecasts for revenue.
  • Achieve daily KPIs and monthly & quarterly quota.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
  • Concrete Communication Skills
  • Demonstrate ability to Present Ideas.
  • Strong end-to-end ownership attitude from prospecting, demonstrations, to closing.
  • Must be a self-starter, who empowers themselves and others to learn in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-suite, MS Office tools, and general technical aptitude preferred.
