About the Role:

As the Director of our Mid Market segment, you’ll be a key leader for one of our largest and most productive segments across the KeepTruckin Sales org. You’ll lead a large team of seasoned Regional Sales Managers and Account Executives in both engaging and closing top prospects, while simultaneously exceeding revenue and growth targets. In parallel, you’ll also be a key driver of the team’s strategy and execution, partnering with Sales Leadership and X-functional partners (Sales Ops, Finance, Enablement, Marketing) to hit stated goals on a quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a world-class field Sales team, partnering to close new logos and expand current customer ARR within our Mid Market segment
  • Develop and execute on plans for your team to meet or exceed revenue quota over monthly, quarterly, and annual levels
  • Track progress and success of the team against various primary KPIs, making optimizations as necessary to deliver on top-level objectives
  • Develop key programs that support the team’s ongoing development and consistent execution across the team.
  • Collaborate with your Managers and enablement partners to further develop our on-boarding programs, ongoing training curriculum, and playbooks
  • Cultivate a culture of high-performance and accountability
  • Support special projects on the Revenue side that help to fuel the growth of the business
  • Collaborate with KT Sales leadership on key reports, forecasts, and business for Executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of Sales leadership experience across large sales orgs of 25-50+ team members
  • 5+ years managing sales leaders and other people managers
  • History of exceeding sales targets with Mid-Market and Enterprise-level clients
  • A versatile skill set spanning sales, operations, strategy, and leadership
  • Proven success scaling organizations through phases of rapid growth, preferably in a startup environment
  • A people-based mindset, with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent at all levels and a history of developing great sales cultures
  • A passion for jumping into the trenches with your team to partner in closing important client deals
  • Examples of bringing operational rigor, execution, accountability to your team’s day-to-day processes
  • A history of influential and impactful collaboration with internal Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales stakeholders
  • Track record for building out successful plans -- both data-driven and actionable -- that meet or exceed segment business goals
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and a strong bias for action
  • Experience within either SaaS or Transportation/Logistics industry preferred but not required
  • Travel 25-50% as safety permits later in 2021
