About the role:

As Kong’s Total Rewards Leader, you will be responsible for creating strategy, designing, and developing Kong’s total rewards programs. You will build and manage Kong’s Comp and Benefits teams, partner global providers and work with stakeholders, to ensure our Total Rewards programs support Kong’s overall Business and Talent Strategy. You will be responsible for all elements of compensation (cash, and incentive), benefits (global programs), and compensation benchmarking and analytics.

What you’ll be doing:

  • As a Senior Leader in the People team, with experience and vision, you’ll design and lead Kong’s Global Total Rewards strategy and programs.
  • You will be a key driver in company-wide strategies that attract, motivate and retain our diverse,  global workforce.
  • You’ll work closely with HRBP, and Department leaders in evolving Kong’s job architectures, that support Kong’s Talent offer processes and Konger’s ongoing growth and development
  • You will  play a key role in working with and educating our People team, Kong Leaders and Managers on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations and  job evaluations based on your data-driven approach and recommendations.

  • Your experience in designing compelling Total Rewards programs for high-growth tech companies.
  • Your innate curiosity in learning about new and creative Total Rewards solutions and emerging market trends, and applying these learnings to global programs that will help Kong scale.
  • The ability to create and drive programs, contribute to, and foster our amazing culture, and help Kong manage change as we execute on our global high-growth strategies.
  • You have strong analytical skills, and can use this strength to develop data-driven strategies and execution models.
