We’re looking for a Performance Creative Designer to craft scroll-stopping, high-converting ad creatives across paid media channels. If you have an eye for motion, direct-response creative, and design that drives results, this is the role for you. As part of the Performance Marketing team, you’ll be responsible for designing thumb-stopping ad creative for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google, working at the intersection of creative strategy and performance. If you’re a designer who’s obsessed with how creative drives conversions, loves rapid testing and iteration, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-impact environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own:
- Design high-performance ad creatives – Develop static and motion-based assets tailored for direct response advertising across social and paid media.
- Test and iterate based on performance data – Work closely with media buyers and strategists to refine creatives based on real-time learnings.
- Push creative boundaries on social-first ads – Create assets that blend performance with storytelling, from UGC-inspired creatives to bold design experiments.
- Stay ahead of digital ad trends – Keep a pulse on emerging formats, creative best practices, and industry trends to ensure Linktree’s ads remain cutting-edge.
- Support creative optimisation and versioning – Adapt top-performing concepts into multiple variations to fuel ongoing testing and iteration.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A performance-first creative mind – You know how to design ads that convert and can balance creative flair with conversion-focused principles.
- Strong visual storyteller – Whether through static or motion, you know how to craft scroll-stopping creatives that convert.
- Hands-on with Figma and CapCut – Proficiency in Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma to create both static and motion-based assets.
- Detail-oriented and agile – You can adapt quickly, thrive on iteration, and work autonomously while collaborating with a fast-paced team.
- Excited by the future of ad creative – You stay on top of ad trends, platform shifts, and creative formats that drive paid media success.
