We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Director of Marketing with a passion for driving brand awareness and product marketing. If you excel at creating innovative marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and positioning products effectively in the cybersecurity space, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital marketing, email, content marketing, webinars, events) to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Oversee product marketing efforts, including go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Implement A/B testing and other tactics to improve effectiveness.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and support product launches.
  • Contribute to building Linx Security's brand reputation as a thought leader and innovator in the cybersecurity industry.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience in leading B2B marketing efforts, with a focus on demand generation and product marketing, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment or rapidly scaling company is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and bring innovative ideas to the table.
