What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager who excels at managing office operations and creating a positive work environment. If you're passionate about supporting a dynamic team and ensuring smooth office operations, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do:

  • Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day office routines and ensure smooth operation of office inventory, groceries, office supplies, and maintenance (cleaning, parking, deliveries, etc.).
  • First Point of Contact On-Site: Serve as the focal point for managers and employees on any office-related duties, including maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, office equipment, and time tracking.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Track invoice payments, manage the office expenses budget, and handle reimbursement and travel expenses.
  • Welfare and Employee Experience Activities: Organize happy hours, celebrate birthdays, arrange company events, manage swag orders, support onboarding and off boarding processes, coordinate company activities, and other welfare activities.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks: Maintain employee records and support employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • 1-2 years of proven work experience as an Office Manager in a tech company, startup, or VC fund.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work independently.
  • Team player mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
