Lithic is hiring a Senior Tech Product Manager! We are seeking a talented, collaborative individual to help us manage and deliver projects for partnerships, product, and business initiatives, in a high-growth, start-up environment. This role requires a unique knowledge set and is accountable for defining customer-centric solutions that improve the experience for both our clients and consumers.  It requires the ability to handle multiple complex projects, collaborate with all internal teams, and work with external parties.

You will have the opportunity to work on numerous high-priority projects across various business initiatives, including, but not limited to, strategic business objectives, platform partnership integrations, while continually learning and growing through this highly visible role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the business and operational needs
  • Manage all activities in a project life-cycle
  • Consult with stakeholders to clarify and define requirements
  • Evaluate, prioritize and sequence various projects to enhance our product offering
  • Prioritize business needs to grow and expand the business
  • Identify process inefficiencies and strategies to improve
  • Address project blockers and delays in an urgent and timely manner
  • Provide project leadership and direction to team members and stakeholders
  • Establish plans, approaches, and timelines, contributing to the overall operations roadmap
  • Interface with platform vendors and third-party organizations
  • Escalate and communicate project/program status, issues, and risks
  • Utilize project management tools, such as Jira, Notion, Quickbase
  • Collaborate across the team to support implementation/go-live of new features/capabilities


  • Demonstrated technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful large, cross-functional projects
