Lithic is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of all B2B demand generation, nurturing, and paid programs. We’re looking for someone with a demonstrated track record of success in B2B Growth Marketing, with the ability to deeply understand the fintech and developer decision journey.

Job responsibilities:

  • Own our marketing funnel with responsibility for growth and conversion targets across multiple verticals
  • Manage a mix of channels including content, email, retargeting, social marketing, partnerships, paid, and events
  • Source and curate content for our website, newsletters, blog articles, drip marketing, and sales materials
  • Partner with sales and senior management to identify targets for account-based marketing (ABM) programs
  • Drive continual improvements in lead conversion rates, close rates, and funnel velocity
  • Partner with Go-To-Market Operations to develop and report on KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing and demand generation experience
  • Experience with modern marketing tech such as Marketo, Pardot, Braze, or Hubspot
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate customers
  • A detailed understanding of fintech and the payments landscape, or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ownership mindset - caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
  • Empathy and humility
