The head of Americas marketing will lead the team that plans and executes demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise and public sector organizations. If you are driven to master the art of integrating all marketing channels (e.g., media, social media, webinars, events, direct mail, partner programs) to convert inquiries to qualified leads that drive pipeline, then we want to meet you.

You will play an essential role in the strategic planning, execution, measurement and optimization of account-based marketing campaigns. Your team will collaborate with the global campaign team whose goal is to achieve 75% of our top-of-funnel goal through digital programs.

Your team’s goal is to find and engage the champion, decision makers and influencers in the buying unit of target accounts. We seek someone who is passionate about building relationships with our target audience, engaging them with the right content to reduce the length of the sales cycle and marketing to customers to ensure both renewal and expansion as we introduce new products.

Role Responsibilities

  • Hire and manage a team of field marketing professionals who roll up their sleeves. alongside salespersons to implement and execute programs that drive pipeline.
  • Deliver comprehensive, outcome-driven and effective growth marketing plans for new lead and pipeline generation, partner marketing and cross-sell into existing accounts.
  • Partner with the field and channel sales teams to develop regional go-to-market plans to overachieve business objectives.
  • Articulate the specific regional needs to influence campaigns, corporate communications, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to develop and execute relevant local campaigns focused on target markets and audiences.
  • Create channel enablement and recruitment plans that drive partner acquisition, engagement and deal registration.
  • Meticulously track results of marketing activities, ensuring appropriate lead routing and scoring, conversion and sales follow-ups occur in a timely manner.
  • Foster a work environment of creativity, imagination, collaboration and agility.
  • Work collaboratively and communicate clearly with your marketing peers and stakeholders in sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with key functions (corporate communications, product marketing, Digital marketing, marketing operations) as you execute campaigns.
  • Meet regularly with members of the marketing, enterprise sales, channel sales and business development teams to get feedback and input to continuously improve.
  • Effective utilization and management of available budgets and resources.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of marketing experience leading integrated field marketing for technology SaaS companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field required.
  • Experience implementing innovative and creative marketing programs that generate new opportunities and accelerate existing opportunities.
  • Experience building end-to-end, multi-touch campaigns and lead nurture programs.
  • Solid understanding of the customer journey in a long sales-buying cycle.
  • Comfortable using tools (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, Tableau).
  • Accountable for managing a budget and aligning it with business goals.
  • Excellent collaboration and communications skills.
  • Proven track record of working productively with the sales and channel teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to see the big picture and alignment to sales and marketing opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver programs, manage multiple projects simultaneously, work on tight deadlines and keep all programs on schedule.
  • Experience in tracking and measuring online and offline marketing programs and ROI.
  • Experience in the fast-paced cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within North America.
