About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Influencer Marketing Associate to help drive brand and product awareness through innovative creator partnerships. This role will predominantly focus on high-impact strategic initiatives—think product launches, geo expansions, and entering new creator verticals—where you’ll often be building relationships and playbooks from scratch. If you thrive going 0-to-1 in fast-moving environments, love the challenge of tapping into new creator niches across global markets, and do your best work under pressure with tight timelines, this role is for you.

You’ll own the influencer campaign process end-to-end—from sourcing and contracting talent, to launching and analyzing performance. You’ll combine a strong aesthetic sensibility with sharp analytical skills, using insights to iterate and improve campaign performance over time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard creators and influencers who align with our brand voice and goals, including identifying and building relationships with new creator niches across global markets

  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure optimal ROI for influencer partnerships

  • Develop and execute multi-channel influencer campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social spaces, with a focus on strategic initiatives such as product launches and geo expansions

  • Write campaign briefs that inspire creators and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand standards, adapting messaging for different regions and cultural contexts

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the broader Marketing team (Paid, Organic Social, Content) to integrate influencer strategy into holistic brand and performance efforts

  • Track, measure, and report on performance metrics—providing actionable insights to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement

  • Manage relationships with creators and agencies to scale programs efficiently

  • Stay on top of social media and influencer trends, identifying new opportunities for growth—especially in emerging global markets and creator communities

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing, ideally within a fast-paced startup or consumer brand

  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns from end-to-end, including negotiation and performance analysis

  • Strong understanding of influencer analytics, campaign tracking tools, and performance measurement

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for brand tone and aesthetics

  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Resourceful, creative problem solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

  • (Bonus) Experience in video-first social platforms, creator economy, or social commerce

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans

  • 401K with employer match

  • Commuter Benefits

  • Catered lunch multiple days per week

  • Dinner stipend every night if you're working late and want a bite!

  • Grubhub subscription

  • Health & Wellness Perks

  • Multiple team offsites per year with team events every month

  • Generous PTO policy
