👋 Hi, I'm Luca, I lead the Business Development Team here at Motorway. We're a dynamic team focused on building strong relationships with our dealer partners and ensuring they get the most out of our platform. We're passionate about the automotive industry and play a crucial role in Motorway's success by connecting dealers with high-quality vehicle stock and streamlining their buying process. About the roleThis is a B2B outbound sales role, predominantly focusing on driving adoption of Motorway products across dealerships. You will explain the benefits of our platform and upsell opportunities to our partners. You’ll be joining a new team in the business, so this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of projects and build relationships with people at all levels of businesses (including c-suite).
In this role, you will:
Drive adoption and engage dealerships with the Motorway product.
Sell Motorway’s product stack.
Quickly build rapport and relationships with dealerships.
Inside sales representatives work from a company office or their home.
Manage an ever-changing portfolio of accounts.
Build a strong pipeline of dealers to engage.
Work closely with other internal departments to ensure we deal with buyers and sellers promptly.
Support multiple business projects.
Sales experience in an outbound role.
Experience working towards targets and KPI’s.
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A great telephone manner and the ability to talk engagingly to many different types of buyers, from Sales Executives to Managing Directors.
A proactive, self-motivating team player.
A can-do attitude.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of building relationships with new clients.
You have a passion for the automotive industry and are knowledgeable about the challenges faced by dealerships.
You are a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales.
You are a strong communicator and can effectively convey the value of Motorway's products to potential clients.
You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
£26,000 starting salary (OTE £48,000)
