About the team

This role is in our London-based marketing team. Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the optimisation and growth of multi-million pound performance marketing campaigns spanning across a range of channels including PPC, paid social & display.

You’ll be hands-on in the advertising platforms running the day-to-day activity across our core performance marketing channels. With the support of the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of testing and optimisation to ensure we are continually growing and evolving our campaigns. You will also work closely with our advertising partners to identify additional opportunities in the accounts, as well as other areas of the business including the wider marketing team and our finance, design, product and data teams.


  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager on day-to-day projects and requests and strive to deliver on ambitious revenue goals.
  • Ensure account quality is of a high standard, running regular copy and creative testing and managing budgets/bid strategies.
  • Help grow our accounts by identifying new keyword opportunities and/or relevant audiences.
  • Support new product launches and build out new campaigns from scratch, using data to inform decision making.
  • Identifying opportunities across all performance marketing channels, proposing tests and reporting on results.
  • Identifying and reacting to trends across performance marketing activity and sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Help launch new channels, proposing creative and copy variations to test.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Optimising and improving efficiency across all channels to drive higher ROI from our performance marketing spend.


  • Proven track record in at least one performance marketing specialism, with the appetite to develop your knowledge and skills across more channels.
  • Experience with one or more of the following platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (or equivalent analytics suite) and Google Data Studio.
  • Strong data analysis skills, confident in identifying trends and presenting data in a clear, understandable way.
  • Proficient with Excel/ Google sheets - comfortable creating pivot tables/ graphs/ dashboards etc.
  • A good understanding of different reporting KPIs (CPA, ROI, CPC etc.) and how they impact each other.
  • A proactive self-starter, able to take initiative and work on their own projects.
  • A strong communicator with the ability to establish and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • The ability to effectively prioritise workload and multitask effectively.
  • A good understanding of the wider marketing landscape (SEO, Affiliates, CRM, Brand Marketing etc.)
  • Experience in a fast-paced/growth company is desirable.
