About the Role

Motorway is the UK’s fastest growing online used car marketplace. We are looking to recruit a Sales Support Specialist in our Brighton office.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

What you will do:

  • Answer general, written, customer service queries via a bespoke ticketing system within SLA times
  • Make a high volume of Sales Support calls to ensure our high level of service is maintained
  • Take ownership of post sale customer queries. Working with other teams to find a resolution
  • Manage a caseload of sales through to completion. Including handling vehicle documentation


  • Has a history of providing consistently excellent customer service
  • Has an organised working style with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage their own workload
  • A friendly, positive personality with a willingness to work hard as part of an enthusiastic team
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is able to adapt to new processes and systems quickly
  • Seeks customer focused resolutions

Shifts available:

  • 10.30 - 19:00 Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 - 17.30 Tuesday - Saturday
