We started 2021 with the UK’s largest ever EdTech funding round - a $44m Series B. Since then we’ve opened our New York office, and been awarded “Outstanding” by OFSTED (the UK government’s education regulator) across every category. In September 2021, we broke the funding record again with a $130m Series C raise.

We are looking for exceptional people to help drive growth in the relationships we have with our existing clients. We work with over 300 businesses from large corporates like Facebook, Google and Visa through to some of the UK’s fastest-growing start-ups such as Bulb, Starling Bank and Treatwell. In this role you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with these clients and proving the value of apprenticeships to them, so that we can retain and grow their business.

The Customer Success team is a relatively new but rapidly growing part of Multiverse. We’re a really collaborative group that is working together to define what brilliant looks, creating a strategy based on data and real human interactions. We sit within Multiverse’s Go To Market team, working closely with sales executives and learning from the leadership of Jeremy Duggan who has an impressive track record of taking four previous tech companies to a billion-dollar valuation - most recently AppDynamics from $100M to $3.7 billion in just four and a half years. We’re also the only team at Multiverse which works across both the client and learning sides of the business, giving us a unique viewpoint into the operations of a hyper growth startup.

In this role you will be taught skills that will have a significant impact on the rest of your career: how to excel at presenting to senior executives from a wide range of industries; how to strategically drive a book of business; how to manage relationships from a wide range of departments across a start-up.

Once here, you will be

  • Expected to build and manage senior relationships at our clients, working with Executive-level and HR stakeholders
  • Taught to define and measure the success of our apprenticeship programmes on clients’ businesses, using data to prove their impact
  • Working independently to proactively innovate with your clients, always searching for ways to improve what we do to drive better results
  • Building great internal relationships, with other teams from all over the Multiverse business
  • Measured on the retention and growth of the business at your clients
