What We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled UX/UI Product Designer with a passion for design, a strong visual sensibility, and a technological mindset. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a creative drive and the ability to produce thoughtful, engaging, and impactful designs.
What you'll do

• Own the entire design process from concept to implementation — your designs will shape our users' experience across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, marketing, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Conduct user research and feedback analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors, and use these insights to drive design decisions.
• Create detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts to all involved parties.
• Develop and maintain a design system that reflects our brand's values and user needs.
• Stay curious — keep up with the latest trends and best practices, and continuously improve our products.
  

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, supported by a portfolio showcasing complex platform designs and mobile applications.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software.
• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, with a good grasp of balancing user needs and business goals.
• An eye for detail — you bring creativity and precision to everything you do.
• Experience with user research and usability testing — you know how to gather insights and transform them into actionable designs.
• Effective communication skills to present design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling design challenges, both independently and as part of a team.
• HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
