Main Responsibilities

  • Create the core product narrative frameworks that sales, marketing, and product teams rally around
  • Partner closely with product teams to understand upcoming capabilities and shape how they are introduced to the market
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into clear value stories that connect with real customer problems
  • Gather and synthesize market insights, customer feedback and competitive context to inform messaging and launch priorities
  • Collaborate with sales and broader go-to-market stakeholders to ensure strong alignment around product stories and adoption goals
  • Influence roadmap discussions by bringing a market perspective on customer needs and competitive differentiation
  • Work with brand, content and design partners to amplify product narratives across relevant channels
  • Help define how nexos.ai reaches and converts self-service and product-led growth audiences
  • Turn product releases into coherent launch packages - from major platform updates to feature rollouts
  • Create the launch assets and playbooks that enable sales and customer success

Core Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing
  • Strong background in B2B/B2C product marketing within software or technology environments
  • Proven ability to create positioning and messaging for products with technical depth and business value
  • Track record of leading successful product and feature launches
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from defining direction to executing deliverables
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and design teams
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify what will resonate in the market
  • Familiarity with self-service, PLG, or user adoption motions is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of how to use customer feedback, market insight and competitive research in product marketing work
  • Interest in and understanding of AI, with hands-on exposure, experimentation, or experience marketing AI-related products considered important
  • Positive, energetic and delivery-focused approach, with the ability to push initiatives forward in a fast-moving environment
  • Startup or emerging company experience is an advantage
