Job Description

Nexthink seeks an eager and motivated Business Development Manager to run the EMEA&APAC Business Development team. This role is key to the success of the Marketing and GTM organizations as it is the main driver of encounters between our sellers and the prospects we want to connect with on a daily basis. This individual must be able to adapt on the fly, be creative, and collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams on a local and global scale. Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of Business Development Representatives
  • Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and pipeline growth within our ICP (ideal client profiles) accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align BDR efforts to overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the GTM strategy team to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Implement and refine BDR processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize technology and tools to streamline lead generation and tracking.
  • Regularly review and update prospecting scripts and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze performance to ensure team targets are met.
  • Provide regular reports on team and individual performance to leadership.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.
  • Foster strong collaboration with the sales to ensure a seamless handover of leads.
  • Work closely with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging
  • Act as a liaison between BDRs and other departments to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in BDR role within the SaaS industry.
  • 1+ year of people management experience.
  • A university degree in a business subject or previous relevant experience in business development.
  • A fast learner who is always looking to improve and grow. Passionate and driven to excel.
  • Over 80% in quota achievement in 3 or more quarters, supporting a region and AEs as a BDR.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin.
  • Fluency in English (other languages French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic) can be a plus.
