We’re looking for a Small/Medium Business (SMB) Representative with a can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit to join our new SMB Sales team. As an early member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in powering the Notion revenue engine by helping define our sales motion, shaping our future product, and contributing to the success of our users. If you’re excited about tackling new challenges, eager to roll up your sleeves, and be a foundational member of the team, we’re interested in hearing from you!

What You’ll Achieve:

  • Sell Notion’s team products to new and existing SMB customers
  • Handle all new incoming leads for our SMB business as they evaluate Notion and consider our plans
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and goals
  • Run product demos to close business at or above quota level
  • Help build playbooks to define our SMB motion, figuring out what we can solve through better self service tools versus where we need to engage directly
  • Build process for the SMB team so that we can grow and scale in the coming years
  • Be an exemplary ambassador for Notion, both internally and externally

Skills and Toolset You’ll Need to Bring:

  • 2+ years of technology sales or business development at a fast growing software company
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas
  • Past experience on a fast-growing sales team with a preference for hyper-growth and product-led companies
  • A phenomenally strong communicator
  • Engaging and compelling customer skills
  • A builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environments
  • An ability to operate within the gray and find creative or out-of-the-box solutions when faced with ambiguity

Nice to Haves:

  • 1+ full cycle selling experience
  • Business operations or strategy background
