Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. More than half of Americans have a chronic condition related to what they eat, and poor nutrition is the number one driver of preventable death.
Nourish is addressing this healthcare crisis by helping people eat better, more easily, with our food as medicine platform. We connect people with a telehealth Registered Dietitian, food, and mobile app to improve their nutrition, all covered by health insurance. The Nourish mobile app provides a comprehensive approach to wellness through personalized visits with Registered Dietitians, medically-tailored meal delivery, health progress tracking, personalized content, meal logging, recipes / meal planning, AI chat, and more.
We launched two years ago and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform. Our patients span a wide range of nutrition-related conditions including diabetes, eating disorders, kidney disease, GI conditions, cancer, obesity / weight management, cardiovascular disease, and more. We are live in all 50 states.
We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised over $44M from top-tier VCs including Index Ventures, Thrive Capital, Maverick Ventures, Y Combinator, and Box Group, amongst others. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role
As a Paid Social Lead on our rapidly scaling team, you'll be responsible for managing Nourish’s biggest channels, Meta and TikTok. You'll be instrumental in the execution of Nourish's growth roadmap, ultimately driving more users to Nourish more efficiently. This is a great opportunity to fully own channel strategy and execution and drive the growth of the business. This person will report into our Director of Growth Marketing.
This role is full-time and open to NYC or remote candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully own Meta and TikTok, from high level strategy to hands-on-keyboard execution, including audience strategy, account structure, pacing, and campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with our Creative team to produce high-performing ads that fuel your channels
- Own landing page testing for your channels, driving hypotheses and test design and collaborating with design and web teams on execution
- Lead goal setting, forecasting, and reporting for your channels, laddering up into our larger business goals
You’ll love this role if:
- You’re both very creative and very analytical. You’re just as comfortable making a pivot table in Excel as you are in a creative brainstorm and you love that growth marketing lets you flex in both areas.
- You can manage Meta and TikTok ads with your eyes closed. You deeply understand both platforms, their nuances, and how to drive performance on them. You know all the best practices and keep your knowledge up to date.

We’d love to hear from you if:
- You have 3-5 years of direct experience managing Meta and TikTok ads. Experiencing scaling channels and managing 7-figure monthly budgets and going from 0-1-100 highly preferred.
- You have experience producing high-performing creatives for your channels with either an in-house or external creative team. You have strong creative instincts that are usually correct.
- You have fully owned analytics for your channels, including analyzing test results, forecasting, reporting, and running analyses for data-driven optimizations. Must be proficient at Excel. SQL proficiency preferred.
- You love working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
