About us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role

We’re scaling quickly, and data is one of our most important strategic levers for unlocking growth and improving patient outcomes. As our Marketing Analytics Lead, you'll be responsible for measurement, attribution, and improving marketing performance. You'll be instrumental in the execution of Nourish's growth roadmap, ultimately driving more users to Nourish more efficiently.

This role blends analytics engineering and strategic insights: you’ll be responsible for building clean, scalable data models and pipelines, and surfacing clear, actionable insights that accelerate our impact. As an early hire focused on analytics at Nourish, you’ll help define our long-term vision for data and collaborate closely across our Growth Marketing, Engineering, Product, & Finance teams.

Our data team is fully based in NYC and goes into the office 2-3 days a week, and while we don't have any required number of days in office, we're looking for people who would be excited to be part of that culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own marketing analytics end-to-end: Take full ownership of the marketing analytics workflow—from models and dashboards to insights that shape team priorities and roadmaps.
  • Own and evolve measurement + attribution: Develop, maintain, and constantly improve our marketing measurement and attribution through analysis and experimentation.
  • Deliver high-impact insights: Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to proactively identify and lead analyses that answer key strategic questions, uncover growth and efficiency levers, and inform channel strategy.
  • Drive scientific decision-making: Use experimentation data, forecasting, and predictive analysis to inform forward-looking marketing and growth strategy.
  • Champion a data-first culture: Guide teams to interpret and act on data, write clear documentation, and lead by example in driving evidence-based decisions.

We’d Love to Hear From You If You...

  • Have 4–8 years of experience: You've owned marketing analytics at a fast-paced, high-growth company.
  • Are a marketing attribution expert: You've seen it all when it comes to attribution, from relying on in-platform numbers to MTA or MMM, and you have strong perspectives about what solutions should be used when.
  • Are well versed in growth marketing: You've worked hand-in-hand with performance marketing teams before and have a deep understanding of growth marketing priorities, projects, and challenges, including channel-specific nuances.
  • Bring strong technical skills: You write clean, performant SQL and are comfortable working in our existing data stack (dbt, Fivetran). You can navigate and build on top of established data models—no need to build pipelines from scratch.
  • Are curious, strategic, and outcome-oriented: You proactively shape the right questions, translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and balance speed with depth to drive high-impact decisions.
  • Communicate complex ideas with clarity: You distill deep analysis into crisp, actionable takeaways, whether writing a Notion doc or presenting to leadership, and you earn trust across cross-functional teams.
  • Are motivated by impact and mission: You believe in the power of food as medicine to transform healthcare and are excited to improve lives at scale by contributing to Nourish's mission.
