As Nova Credit’s Marketing Manager, you will report to our Head of Marketing, Simran Anand, and join a small but growing Marketing team. In this critical role, you will balance execution and analysis. You will lead the optimization of existing acquisition channels and user flows while also aggressively testing and scaling new and innovative acquisition programs. Channels include Website, PPC, SEO, Email Marketing, Display, Mobile and Social campaigns. You will partner with a range of internal stakeholders and manage agencies and vendors to support the development of digital marketing campaigns that differentiate Nova Credit from our competitors and drive demand for our products. This is a fast-paced, high impact role that works closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. The right candidate will be a creative problem solver and learner eager to drive data-driven digital marketing experiments.

Responsibilities

  • Run marketing campaigns end-to-end by developing strategies, designing experiments, driving execution, reporting on campaign performance, and further iterating
  • Drive performance optimization across digital channels (including website, SEO, email, and social)
  • Test and scale new and innovative acquisition programs with a data-driven approach
  • Identify, implement, and manage relationships with key agencies and vendors to drive consistency, efficiency and speed

Within the first month, you’ll

  • Understand our end-to-end (B2B) customer and consumer journeys
  • Understand our existing marketing tech infrastructure, including gaps
  • Take over operations of key existing campaigns

Within the first quarter, you’ll

  • Create digital marketing campaign roadmap
  • Develop key dashboards to track campaign performance and report to all levels of the organization
  • (With agency and internal support) update content and creative to improve performance
  • Begin running marketing experiments

Within the first year, you’ll

  • Comfortably manage and iterate on a range of B2B and D2C digital marketing campaigns
  • Implement and continuously improved marketing tech infrastructure with an eye toward efficiency and flexibility
  • Drive top-of-funnel customer and customer leads and help to refine Nova Credit’s understanding of our users
  • Routinely report on marketing performance to Nova Credit employees, including leadership

Your skillset

  • 4+ years of digital or growth marketing experience in a startup environment
  • Analytical skills with the ability to structure data-driven experiments, evaluate campaign performance, and communicate insights
  • Experience marketing a B2B product (Additional D2C experience is a plus)
  • Ability to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment with high levels of ambiguity
