SEI is seeking an Implementation Specialist. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional service, by planning and executing onboarding projects, for SEI Family Office Services’ technology solutions. As a Specialist on our Implementation team, you will act as a key member of the project management team to onboard and train new clients on our proprietary investment accounting platform. This position may be eligible to be performed in a hybrid fashion according to SEI's in office policies
What you will do:
- Gain a detailed understanding of the client’s accounting and investment operations, and work with client and internal teams to set up the proprietary Archway Platform software, according to the requirements of the outsourced operations services.
- Interpret client inquiries, related to attributes of product functionality, then effectively identify and communicate solutions within the Archway Platform, in a timely manner.
- Correspond with external clients, while converting their data into the Archway Platform, which may include client site visits, as well as videoconference, voice calls and email.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and clients, as they begin to actively use the Archway Platform for their data aggregation, reconciliation, and reporting operations.
- Perform periodic system testing and analysis, which includes inputting and monitoring tickets for bug fixes and system enhancements.
- Work closely with other groups within SEI Family Office Services, such as Client Relations, Product Design, and Product Development to communicate client needs and requirements. Collaboration is a critical part of this role.
What we need from you:
- BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent work experience. For recent graduates, a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
- A fundamental understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- The ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows.
- The drive to monitor multiple client deliverables, without sacrificing quality or timeliness.
- Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal professional communication.
