Okendo is a customer-marketing platform trusted by 4,000+ of the world’s fastest-growing consumer brands like Kim Kardashian’s brand, SKIMS & Netflix. The platform is a suite of integrated marketing products including customer ratings and reviews, UGC, and Q&A which brands use to build trust, drive sales, and maximize customer lifetime value. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Account Executive ready to take the next step in their career by joining a proven, high-growth tech company that is scaling go-to-market activities. Working closely alongside the APAC Market Lead, you’ll build and close a pipeline of qualified deals by demonstrating the ability of the Okendo customer marketing platform to accelerate the growth of DTC e-commerce business.

What you’ll do:

  • Qualify, pitch and convert a high volume of motivated marketing qualified leads into paying customers by giving demos of Okendo and educating merchants about the ability of Okendo to help drive growth by way of increased conversion rates, average order values, and CLTV.
  • Perform meaningful discovery to understand each merchant’s buying scenario, goals and unique drivers and then craft and execute a tightly aligned sales pitch and closing plan.
  • Collaborate with industry-leading partners from our large and rapidly growing partner network to win the accounts of the best consumer brands in APAC.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial engagement with your prospects to a seamless handover of new clients to Customer Success.
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM.

  • Deal win rate: ~60%
  • Average time to close: ~30 days
  • Average annual sales price [ASP]: ~$3,000/year
  • Selling to founders, marketing managers, and eCommerce managers
