We are looking for a Poland-based Senior Product Manager for OpenX’s team in Krakow, Poland. You will own the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, define requirements, track KPIs, and lead every aspect of the product development lifecycle. Critical to success in this role will be building and maintaining communication loops between local engineering teams, customers, stakeholders, marketing, project management, and commercial teams across time zones. The ideal candidate is a person who takes ownership, dives deep into topics, and thinks independently. Lastly, this person knows how to succeed in a startup environment and is always willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of a product development roadmap for OpenX’s ad exchange data features.
  • Manage products throughout its life cycle.
  • Defining experiments to validate the POCs of business problem solutions.
  • Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Building consensus and driving execution.
  • Stay abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an ongoing basis.
  • Providing source data for product marketing communication by defining communication objectives.
  • Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product plans, reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Maintaining product and market knowledge base, contributing to the creation of training materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7 + years of Product Management experience in advertising or related industry.
  • Analytic or technical background with a proven ability to work in high-scale data environments.
  • Experience in a fast-paced agile development environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver high impact product functionality to stakeholder teams. Understanding of relevant issues in ad quality, data and user privacy.
  • Experience in advertising technology with a broad understanding from publisher through advertiser client’s needs.
  • Experience with external partner management and delivering on contractual agreements.
