About the Role:

  • Performance reporting: Analysing performance of sales teams on a weekly base & defining actions points (short & longterm) to improve performance
  • Support on business planning & forecasting: setting targets; making account plans
  • Create dashboards with out BI-tool to make your insights easily accessible to the broader team
  • Compensation analyses to calculate monthly sales team compensations & support on improving the incentive model
  • Support in structuring the setup of the sales teams (e.g. who works on which brands, and how many) to optimize productivity

We seek someone who knows how to:
