Otrium is a purpose-led business – we see a future where all clothing is worn.

Every year, billions of items are produced globally but are never sold. Clothing goes unworn and often ends up in landfills. This is a huge waste of creative energy, labor, natural resources and investment. Otrium is changing fashion from the inside out: we are an online fashion outlet marketplace and we tech-enable designer brands to find an owner for every item they produce.

Our global business

Founded in Amsterdam and headquartered in the cloud, Otrium also has hubs in New York and London. As a digital-first company, we work around the globe and don’t need to limit our HQ to one location or a single hub. We want to ensure our O-team can work in a way that best fits their needs, whether that’s remote-first, hub-first, or hybrid (50/50).

The Sr. Data Analyst will play an important role in scaling up our partnerships. You will analyse metrics and KPIs to develop strategies and plans to improve performance. You won’t only analyse data all day - you also offer entrepreneurial, realistic, and practical business opportunities to both business development managers as well as account managers. You’ll contribute to projects and initiatives that are at the heart of Otrium’s growth strategy.

Role Responsibilities

At Otrium, no two days are the same. The following tasks will be part of your new role:

  • Deep-dive in sales performance on company and brand level to unlock future growth opportunities and work cross department for implementation
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Lead and Onboarding Lead to lay the right foundations for strong performance for potential partners from day 1
  • Work together with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of data insights and work on periodic performance reporting
  • By automating, improving and creating high-quality analysis you enable Otrium to keep scaling rapidly

Requirements:

  • Relevant Master’s degree (e.g. Finance, Economics, Business, Data analytics );
  • 4-6 Years working experience in an analytical and commercial environment
  • Experience with automating and improving recurring analysis
  • Experience with data driven storytelling, working from analysis to implementation
  • Experience in a fast-paced working environment is preferred;
  • Experience with e-commerce or platform is a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: you are able to work together with different types of stakeholders, you tailor communication, messages and style accordingly to build engagement at all levels of the organisation;
