As an intern in the Training & Quality team you will assist our Training & Quality Lead to support in organising and editing the knowledge materials and creating the best onboarding experience for the customer experience team.

Otrium has grown tremendously in the past year, and this growth is showing no signs of slowing down. This growth creates the need to introduce new processes that allow for consistent high quality, yet spontaneous, customer interactions. You will be part of the creation of these processes and you will use them in overwhelming our audience in happiness.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Support to expand, improve and organise the current training program;
  • Check the content and edit the articles in the Internal Knowledge Base;
  • Cooperate with members of the Training & Quality team in creating training materials for all new CEM team members;
  • Gather feedback from across the organisation to actively improve the training processes;
  • Evaluate the customer service team on their post-training test;
  • Investigate how we can deliver an excellent customer service;
  • Enjoy breaking growth records together with the team and celebrating them!

What we are looking for:

  • You have a positive energy and love to inspire your colleagues;
  • You are extremely proactive and are eager to bring your ideas to working solutions;
  • You are organised and have great time management skills;
  • Learning new things is part of who you are;
  • You speak fluent Dutch (mandatory) and English, any other language is a plus;
  • Communication is one of your best skills;
  • You are fun, energetic and you fit in the team;
  • Start in April/May 2021.
