About this role

The lead B2B Marketplace is responsible for the end-to-end process of the B2B Marketplace. This person is accountable for making sure we only offer items B2B once they have run through the full B2C opportunity cycle and then realize the best price via stock buyers.

In order to do so, the lead B2B Marketplace is the gate-keeper for what is offered B2B - based on a clear set of rules. To realize the optimal price, the lead ensures maximum coverage across all stock buyers worldwide.

Key responsibilities include: oversee supply and demand, streamline and optimize processes to scale, achieve targets in line with company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize demand by connecting all stock buyers available to Otrium’s platform
  • Find solutions for smaller brands
  • Define and refine easy-to-understand set of rules to explain these criteria
  • Drive cross-functional action to make sure
  • Own monitoring and reporting to ensure this is followed
  • Own financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Responsible for hiring (if P&L allows)
  • Work together with B2B product to develop scalable auction system
  • Provide input as key business stakeholder to further improve product based on input brands and stock buyer partners

About you

  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
  • Drive B2B Marketplace meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities.
  • Be able to build relationships, influence and manage conflicts in order to get things done
  • Ability to create order with numerous converging needs and able to continuously prioritize and deliver high impact
  • Ability to evaluate and re-prioritize rapidly and deliver results against aggressive deadlines, as a team leader and/or as an individual contributor

Experience, skills and knowledge

  • Master’s degree in a business or related field
  • 4+ Years experience related to consulting, project management, business development or product management
  • Leading B2B marketplace independently, with minimal supervision
  • As Lead P&L accountable for B2B Marketplace
