About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Writer who goes beyond standard documentation — someone who sees content as a product, embraces AI as a force multiplier, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

At Cyera, documentation is a core part of the product experience and a key driver of customer adoption. You will own documentation across multiple product areas, working closely with Product, R&D, and Customer Success to deliver clear, high-impact content.

You’ll operate in rapid release cycles, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing parallel workstreams in a dynamic, evolving environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and scale best practices for technical communication
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve documentation workflows
  • Use data and user insights to continuously improve content effectiveness
  • Contribute to documentation strategy in a fast-growing, AI-driven company
  • Own end-to-end documentation for multiple product domains (typically working with 5–10 PMs simultaneously) across rapid 6-week release cycles
  • Create and maintain high-quality content including user guides, API docs, release notes, onboarding flows, and in-product microcopy
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, internal automation workflows) to streamline writing, editing, research, and documentation operations
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual documentation workflows and continuously improve efficiency and scalability
  • Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content
  • Participate in feature design, demos, and implementation flows to build deep product understanding
  • Drive documentation quality through structured authoring, review processes, and alignment with product releases
  • Use analytics and user behavior insights to optimize content effectiveness and user experience
  • Contribute to evolving documentation strategy, standards, and best practices in a scaling organization

Requirements

Who You Are

Must-Haves

  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment
  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to understand and document complex systems
  • Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into documentation workflows (e.g., content generation, editing, automation) and using them to improve efficiency and scale
  • Experience leveraging analytics and user behavior insights (e.g., Pendo or similar tools) to improve documentation effectiveness and user experience
  • Strong command of structured authoring (Markdown, HTML, XML, or similar) and modern documentation tooling
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments with rapid release cycles and evolving requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams (e.g., working with several PMs simultaneously)
  • Excellent writing skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-focused content
  • Highly self-directed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment
  • Collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Native or near-native English proficiency, with the ability to write clear, polished, and professional technical content; Hebrew proficiency required

  • Familiarity with knowledge base platforms such as Zendesk Guide
  • CSS/HTML
  • Experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity
  • Experience working on Data-Driven products
  • Experience with translation management
