About the Native Performance TeamThe Native Performance team sits at the heart of Teads' advertiser offering. Our mission is to enable performance-focused advertisers to reach their audiences through high-quality native formats — across in-feed, in-article, and banner placements on the open internet. We focus on driving measurable outcomes by combining native ad formats with smart automation, AI-powered optimization, and seamless campaign tooling through the Amplify platform.

About the opportunityWe are looking for an Amplify Product Manager to join the Native Performance team.
As a product manager, you will work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to help build and scale Amplify's native performance capabilities. You will contribute to the full product lifecycle — from discovery to shipping — and develop deep expertise at the intersection of native advertising, performance marketing, and ad tech.

What will you do?- Partner with senior PMs and engineering squads to define, prioritize, and deliver Amplify features for native performance advertisers.
- Translate advertiser and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
- Support the Amplify roadmap for the Native Performance team — tracking priorities, dependencies, and milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Contribute to AI and automation initiatives within Amplify, such as automatic campaign creation, dynamic setup recommendations, and performance alerts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends in native and performance advertising to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, campaign management, data science, and marketing teams to ensure smooth feature delivery and adoption.
- Support worldwide rollout of Amplify features, including adoption tracking and measurement of incremental outcomes.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and blameless retrospectives as an active member of the agile squad.
- 2-3 years of experience in product management, software engineering, digital advertising, or a related field.
- A strong appetite for product, with the ability to translate business needs into platform solutions.
- Understanding of native advertising formats and/or performance marketing concepts.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable working with data to inform decisions.
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with ad tech platforms (DSPs, SSPs, native ad networks, campaign management tools).
- Exposure to AI/ML-powered product features or automation workflows.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills — able to collaborate effectively across sales, engineering, and business teams.
- Innovative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- The backbone to challenge assumptions and propose alternative approaches.
- Excellent English — spoken and written.
